Shipping Policy

1) Coverage & Serviceability

We currently ship pan-India through reputed courier partners. Some remote PIN codes may be non-serviceable or may have extended timelines based on courier network constraints.

2) Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment. Orders confirmed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3) Indicative Delivery Timelines

Delivery speed depends on destination, courier performance, and operational factors. Typical estimates are:

AP & Telangana:
1–3 business days
South India (other):
2–4 business days
Metros:
2–5 business days
Rest of India:
3–7 business days
NE/J&K/Ladakh:
4–9 business days

These are indicative only. Unforeseen events can impact timelines.

4) Shipping Charges

Free Shipping pan-India is currently offered for prepaid orders unless otherwise mentioned on the product/checkout page. For unusually heavy shipments or remote locations, a nominal surcharge may apply—we will contact you for consent before dispatch.

5) Packaging & Handling

Products are sealed and packed carefully with adequate cushioning to minimize transit damage. Being artisanal foods, some oil separation or minor seepage risk exists during extreme heat—this does not generally affect product quality.

6) Tracking & Updates

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link (where available). You can also use our Track Order page with your order details.

7) Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

Address corrections are possible before dispatch. After dispatch, changes depend on the courier’s policy and are not guaranteed. Couriers usually attempt delivery 1–3 times; please keep your phone reachable for coordination.

8) Delays & Force Majeure

Weather events, strikes, festivals, traffic restrictions, or operational issues may cause delays. We request your patience during such exceptions.

9) Damaged/Leaking Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered, please record unboxing photos/videos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@godavarifoods.shop with your order ID.

10) Wrong/Missing Items

In rare cases of wrong/short shipment, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the unboxing video (if available). We’ll investigate and resolve as per our Cancel & Refund Policy.

11) Undeliverable & RTO

Shipments may return to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, repeated delivery failures, or refusal. On RTO, we can reship with updated details (reship charges may apply) or process a refund as per policy for non-perishable items.

12) Bulk/Overseas Shipping

For bulk orders and international requests, please write to us via Bulk Orders or email. We’ll share feasibility, timelines, and charges.

13) Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and store items as per label.
